The Van Leeuwen family farm has about 60 cows - which Mrs Van Leeuwen manages, and her husband makes the cheese. All the maturation of the cheese is done on the farm. This is a new producer of Wilde Weide for us as we had different producer in the past. An excellent traditional raw milk Farmhouse cheese in the category of Boerenkaas.
