Only available in the winter months, the only non-traditional Raclette we stock is from the dairy of the Camenzind family. "Blauer Schalk" - it's Swiss-German name, has a gentle amount of blueing in this otherwise, rich and creamy Raclette. The cheese melts beautifully, with a slight peppery flavour.
We also use this as a table cheese as the flavour is delicious unmelted.
