Challerhocker, pronounced 'holler hocker', means sitting in the cellar. The cheese is from Kaserei Tufertschwil in the Canton of St. Gallen, Switzerland, with the milk coming from a maximum of 1.5 km away, from local farmers. This is a deliciously smooth and rich Swiss mountain cheese, washed with brine and spices. Matured for a minimum of 10 months, it is the perfect cheese to pair with a hearty red wine over the winter months.
