Fondue Selection Swiss
Swiss Fondue Selection: Let us do the hard work for you as we prepare you an ideal selection of freshly cut blocks of cheese for your fondue fun. All you need to do is grate your cheese, decide which wine to use and what you're going to dip!
Choose your mix:
1) Moitié-moitié or half and half - with Gruyere Vieux and Vacherin Fribourgeois.
2) Bergkase fondue: Gruyere, Vacherin and a Bergkase (mountain cheese) of our choosing.

We tend to be generous with our mix, allowing approx 250g per person.
