Our bags of prepared Lauberhorn fondue are made using Gruyère, Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP & Alp cheese, but the difference being they are already mixed with the cider & kirsch you need. For a foolproof fondue, this is definitely a worthwhile option.
Our Fondue vite is 600g and serves 2-3 people.
