Creamy and fresh in spring as the goats milk has a high fat content at the time, to dry with an intense and long-lasting taste in summer. Since goats use a lot of energy to stay cool in summer, the fat-protein value of their milk changes dramatically.


Organic goats milk cheese from The Netherlands. Currently we have 5 month+ matured cheese.
