Alpine Valais Raclette AOP
A raw milk, alpine Raclette cheese made all year round. The village Fromagerie is above 1100m. The mountain grazing and hay made in the summer creates the beautiful milk used in the making of this cheese. This is a unique cheese which is mainly eaten in the area in which it is made. Can also be eaten as a table cheese.
